• Facilitate team ideation. Help to translate and collaborate amongst educators, curators, guest services, and administrators
• Budget vetting and cost estimating
• Generate proof of concept renderings, models, and prototypes
• Complete design capabilities: From conceptual sketches, to finished renderings, through technical construction drawings
• Provide comprehensive project management services to oversee the fabrication and installation processes
• Review Capital Campaign and expansion plans financing models
• Assist with communicating and presenting to donors, funding organizations, and Board of Directors
• Assess building architecture and coordinate exhibits with architects and contractors
• Lead efforts to locate, compare, and secure ideal exhibit fabrication and requisite infrastructural contractors
• Help existing or build new staff to support exhibit operations, establishing best-practice maintenance and reporting
• Request for Proposal (RFP) Composition and Review
• Grant review and consulting
• Develop evaluation tools to access and report out on exhibit impact
• Consult on graphics, branding, and messaging around exhibit content and guest experience
